🚚 Shipping Policy — Nextyl

At Nextyl, we aim to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This policy applies to all products including kitchen, bathroom, laundry, LED mirrors, tiles, hybrid flooring, and appliances.


📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email or SMS (where available).

Processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional events.


🚚 Delivery Methods

Shipping method is determined based on item size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Delays may occur due to weather, transport disruptions, or peak seasons.


📦 Bulky & Pallet Deliveries

• Bulky and pallet items are delivered kerbside only.
• Drivers are not required to carry items inside premises.
• Customers must ensure clear and safe access for delivery.
• Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed.


🚗 Local Delivery

Local delivery available for selected items and suburbs in Melbourne’s northern and north-western regions, including Wallan, Craigieburn, Mickleham, Donnybrook, Kalkallo, Beveridge, Wollert, Mernda, Epping, Lalor, Whittlesea, Sunbury, and surrounding areas.

• Delivery fees and availability are shown at checkout.
• All local deliveries are kerbside drop-off only. Drivers are not required to carry items inside premises. Customers must ensure clear and safe access for delivery vehicles.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, access issues, or unsafe conditions, a re-delivery fee may apply.


🧍 Click & Collect

• Free pickup is available from our Wallan warehouse (by appointment).
• Customers will be notified when orders are ready for collection.
• Photo identification may be required at pickup.


📍 Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

Nextyl is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


📦 Authority to Leave

If “Authority to Leave” is selected, Nextyl is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.


📦 Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos and order details
• We will investigate and assist promptly


⚠️ Delivery Limitations

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers for all items.
• Some remote or regional areas may require additional delivery time or charges.
• Bulk orders exceeding standard parcel limits may be shipped via freight.
