Optional upgrades

Chrome is the standard button. Select matte black, matte white, brushed nickel, gun metal or brushed gold for an additional $45. The optional Z-Tech auto-flush device adds $149. The selected variant price includes your chosen upgrades.

Materials and care

Materials: White ceramic pan with an integrated electronic bidet seat.

Ceramic surfaces and cistern

Use mild household detergent with a soft, non-abrasive cloth on the ceramic. Avoid harsh chemicals and scouring products. Do not add aftermarket sanitising tablets or additives to the cistern tank; these can affect valve and seal warranty claims.

Electronic seat and main unit

Disconnect power before wiping the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not spray or wash the unit or plug with water or detergent. Reconnect only after surfaces are dry. Let the soft-close seat and lid lower naturally.

Spray nozzle

With the seat unoccupied, turn the control knob clockwise to extend the nozzle. Follow the manual’s nozzle-cleaning procedure: clean gently using a soft cloth or soft brush, without pulling or pushing the wand. Refit the nozzle and press the knob to retract it. Retraction also occurs after 10 minutes or when someone sits down.

Remote, extended absence and servicing

Replace remote batteries when depleted and check settings afterwards. For absence longer than three days, follow the manual’s draining instructions and disconnect power. If a fault persists, disconnect power and contact a service provider; do not dismantle the electronic unit.

Warranty

Zumi’s model-specific Zero Smart warranty lists:

• Ceramic: 15 years.
• Internal cistern components: replacement cover for 15 years.
• Bidet seat: replacement cover for 3 years.
• On-site support: first 12 months.

These are component-specific periods, not a 15-year warranty on the complete electronic suite. Manufacturer conditions apply. Replacement cover does not automatically include installation labour.

Keep your receipt, model details, fault photographs and installer information for a claim through Nextyl or Zumi. Correct installation and care are required. Commercial-use terms differ; Zumi’s general schedule lists two years for commercial smart toilets and bidet seats, so confirm project coverage before ordering.
